Dr. Dinstuhl, born in 1972 in Oberhausen, has been a member of the shareholder board of the Company since 2021. He joined the thyssenkrupp Group in 2003 and has since then held various positions in Mergers & Acquisitions and controlling. From 2009 to 2020, Dr. Dinstuhl was the head of Mergers & Acquisitions of thyssenkrupp Group. From 2020 to 2023, he was CEO of thyssenkrupp’s business segment Multi Tracks. Dr. Dinstuhl was from 2020 to 2022 chairperson of the Board of Directors of AST S.p.A. in Terni, Italy. He is representing thyssenkrupp as a board member of Vertical Topco S.à r.l., the holding company of thyssenkrupp’s former elevator business. He is chairperson of the supervisory board of thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions AG. Dr. Dinstuhl has a degree in economics from Ruhr-University Bochum and received his PhD in economics from Ruhr-University Bochum in 2002.
